I recently got back into lifting about a month ago. I am taking a multi-vitamin and Designer protein shakes. I want to start creatine again. I have taken it in the past (about 3 years ago). I use to take GNC's Pro Performance. I would just take a heaping tblspoon of it and wash it down with some water. I am sure creatine has changed in the last 3 years so what is the best creatine. I prefere taking it the same way as I did in the past. I hate mixing it in a glass and having to drink it. So that cancels out all the ones with delivery systems (cell-tech, phosphagen hp). I just want to take it dry and wash it down with some fruit juice or water. Let me know what brands are out there and what work the best.

Personally I like Creatine Ethyl Ester and DiCreatine Malate.

Sounds like pill form would work best for you.

In all honesty though - I cant think of much aside from capsuled/tabbed creatine. He said he doesnt want to drink it.

There are those "adjitubes" or whatever theyre called.... but thats pretty damn expensive.

This kid takes Maximum Pump:

I know what you're saying. Capping the stuff yourself can be a pain, but it's cost effective.

Are the tablets as effective as the powder? I guess its the same substance in the pills as the powder. What brand though?

Puritan's Pride (aka Nature's Bounty) are crap. I'd recommend a respected sports nutrition brand like Optimum Nutrition.

I just don't want to spend 30$ for 20 servings.
