the best carb sources i have found and you should rotate are Nuts and seeds raw vegetables sweet potatoes Apples Pears Quinoa amaranth Wild rice brown rice oatmeal sprouted Lentils sprouted beans eg garbanzo, mung beans, adzuki, etc |
