use most of the recipes on the forums, except instead of oats, use fiber one, its extremely lower cal than oats, yet you still get some nutrition...

I actually found this protein bar that is just going to be coming out if not out already called 20/20 XY its really hot they have a post workout bar (high protein high carb) plus a whole bunch of great stuff and they taste amazing!!!!!!!!!! and then 20/20 XX which is low carb low fat i cant say enough i am a protein bar expert i swear because i dont have time to eat a lot of other stuff and i am a perfectionist they are by far the best i have ever had sent to me!!!!

Ok so the original recipe in black (from Burn the fat feed the muscle) and comp diet modifications in Purple.
CHOC Protein BARs
Ingredients
200 g Oats
30 g Choc whey
2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
3 Egg Whites
300 g of bananas
1 tablespoon honey
100 ml Skim Milk
1 tsp cinnamon
100 g Oats/Barley/Spelt/Buckwheat-washed
25 g Psyllium Husks
20 g Lecithin
50-75 g choc whey
3 egg whites (brownie like) or 5 egg white (cake like)
1/4 cup Splenda or stevia to taste
50 ml soya milk or water
100-150 g banana
1 tsp cinnamon
10-20 g cocoa if you really need the choc fix
Directions
Preheat oven for 5 min at 180 C
Mix oats, whey and cinnamon
Add peanut butter and stir well
Add egg whites, mashed banana and honey, stir well adding 100 ml of skimmed milk
Put mixture into a greased cake pan (1 cal spray fat)
Cook for about 15 minutes
Cut into 8 bars
Calories: 147 kcals
Protein: 9.5 g
Carbs: 21.3 g
Fat: 3.4 g
I have worked out the other cals etc for the other recipe, just can't find it right now
