Okay keeping journey for myself and anyone who cares.

2 Egg
4 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup oats
2 tbl Flax seed oil

10:00am
1 Lean Mass Matrix Shake

1:00pm
8oz Lean Ground Beef
2 cups mixed salad
2 tbl Olive Oil

4:00pm
2 scoops protein powder
6 strawberries
2 tbl Flax seed oil

7:00pm
7oz Chicken
2 cup green beans

10:00pm
2 scoops protein powder
2 tbl Flax seed oil

8oz Chicken
2 cups Salad

2 tbl Salsa
1/4 Cup Almonds

3:00pm (On the Road)
Lean Mass Matrix Shake

6:00pm(On the Road)
Lean Mass Matrix Shake

9:00pm
2 scoops protein shake
2 tbl Flax seed Oil

Today was hard because on the road. Maybe add can of tuna and apple. That should be easy enough.

Going to vegas for birthday tomorrow and Thursday. Will eat out both nights with friends. First night will shoot for chicken and veg's. Second night Steak and Veg's.
