| what i do is toss the oats in a blender, and add enough water to cover them, maybe a little more, then toss it in the fridge and go workout. When i come back the oats have softened up and absorbed some of the water, then I add in my banana and my whey, then blend it up with some ice cubes... comes out great every time, i literally lick the inside of the blender clean sometimes |
