I quit smoking cigs about four weeks now,and quit drinking booze going on two years.Iam making some big changes in my life,and iam taking care of my body a lot better then i have in the past.Iam a big fan of a product called Spiru-Tein.Well the other day i went to CVS and bought some sugar free candy.I should of read the back of the box.It was to late i ate about 8 wraped candies,and have been farting every 20 min for the last 2 days.Why dont they have some type of warning on the front of the box and not small writing on the back.Shure enough it had maltitol in it.I did a yahoo search on maltitol side effects and thats how i found this web site.

LMAO..that's happened to me a lot too...I quit sugar and started buying sugar free chocolate products to satisfy my cravings....not worth it...the smell...the cramps
