I'm going to start my cut with a 2 week PSMF diet.
600-700 cals per day with 1 cheat meal and 1 mini-refeed per week. I bought the book a few months ago and have been wanting to try it but I'm just too chicken.

sometimes it settles down again for a time and i can ignore it. i really prefer that approach.
