So that free read on Creatine that all of us members got from Robert says that the loading phase for creatine is not needed. What do you guys think about that?

Posted by: QuestionGuy

its true, it may take you a little longer for the creatine to kick in but loading is just a way for companies to trick you to use the stuff up faster so you can buy more....loading is not needed at allll!

Posted by: Stu

It depends if you cycle it or not

Loading or not, should you still cycle on and off????

Yes. There are several good ones out there. Creatine is something that you just have to get "in you". The loading phase is debateable but most people want to make darn sure its "in" them (doing its job) sooner than later thus the loading phase. Its up to YOU and YOU only if you load or not...I do, and will continue to load if I stop taking it for a while and get back on it, but thats just me.

i cyle my creatine... 2 months on , 1 month off.... with loading phase.. find it shocks my body and is more abundant so is already there to be absorbed

I use CEE (cex from vpx) i do not load on it, becasue its not needed and its way to expensive to load......monohydrate is also a good product as long as you resspond on it, some people do not respond on regular creatine monohydrate so they try CEE.....

Posted by: Brolly

i wonder why that is? since we all produce it naturally .. why wouldnt we respond... weird

some dont respond [possibly] because we all have a "pool" of creatine in our bodies, and the most any person could ever hold is 160 mmol (i think it's per pound, i cant find the book...), and say one person has (random number) 50 mmol, and another has 140 mmol, say they both come up to ~160 mmol, isnt there a much more notable difference in the change? ... thats one theory... though it is proven that all we can hold in our bodies, for now at least is 160 mmol
