Wizzin Water

I know there have been a million posts in here about water, but after reading through a ton of them I couldnt find an answer so I'm opening another thread. I know you should drink at the min 8 cups of water a day. However, I'm running to the little girls room about every 10 mins. I kid you not- every 10 mins! Who has time for that? Not to mention my hands are getting dried out from washing them so much... Is this normal? Does my body not need as much water as Im putting into it- cuz it feels like it goes in one end and right out the other.

you just have to get used to at and know that there is always a Mcdonalds somewhere. Like the other posts said....8 glasses is not even enough!

Even still ever ten minutes seems a bit excessive....maybe you should go to a urologist.

Yea you should just eliminate washing your hands while your at it, unless you are taking a shit. Or maybe unless you are a girl and if you are you will know why, if not ask one. Just dont get any on your hands while uhh it off.

I swear that i have a monster tank (Bladder) I drink a truckload of water, like im talking about 10-12 Litres a day.

But also where i live it is like 35 Degrees celcius (Sorry dont know farenheit) and it's minimum 80% humidity every day!! A fucking oven.

I used to drink a fair bit of diet soda, but now i just reach for the bottle. I have a bar fridge that is just filled up with refilled water bottles.

Anyway back to the original poster, just say that you have thrush or the clap, and you have to fix it..... Then people will stop bugging you about always dissapearing to teh toilet.

I feel ya, I drink between one to two gallons of water a day, and I go every 15 minutes, but you know whats nice? every time I have to go to the bathroom, I just refill my water bottle. Works out nicely.

My point was simply that she lives in Salt Lake City, Utah. Since Utah is something like 98% mormon there is a pretty good chance that one of them would be a mormon, sex is pretty much a no no....i dated a mormon....it was definetly a no no.

By the way, I went to visit a friend who goes to BYU and noticed that there are so many ice cream shops in provo, whats with that?

yea ive noticed that too. college kids who arent allowed to drink...so they eat ice cream??

LOL, ouch, ok, so I phrased that wrong. Oppps (I agree, that sounded gross)

OK, so the drinking fountain is right next to the restroom, when I'm done going, I then refill my water bottle.

Ok, here is what I have heard on the issue of hydration. A key indicator if you have enough fluid/water is the color of your urine. If it is clear than your body is hydrated enough. If it isn't then take in more fluids. (water is the best choice). Everyone has a different hydration level so to say eight glasses of water isn't enough is a bit close minded.

Thats such a rediculous statement.. thats like me saying "All those british/english people have rotting yellow teeth". Fact is less than 50% of the state belongs to the Mormon religion now last I heard(far greater than anywhere else still). Also you have to factor in who the person is.. I know plenty of mormon kids that have sex, and I know plenty that dont.

Anyway.. point being dont make generalized statements, it makes you look ignorant

We just found out that Flex is a Mormon.

I've read a lot about the "Prophet." Joseph Smith.

A disgraceful and racist religion, that changes its history about every 15 years when a new "elder" is elected President of the Mormon church. And oh yeah, the President of the Mormon church, "talks directly to god."

Its a pile of sh*t.

I wasn't quite saying that......

I was simply pointing out that since the population is 70% mormon (i was wrong with my original %) there was a good chance that sex would be a bit taboo. That was also based on my own personal experiences and was
somewhat but not entirely generalized.
