I need help...

Im just starting to body-build... As of now im trying to focus on getting into the right shape, then progress onto the more complex stuff. Anyways, I want some advice how to lose "love-handles" and gain more shoulder mass..... Any ideas, tips, opinions are MorE than welcome...

read the stickies in the beginning of both the Diet & Nutrition section of the forums and this training section.

There is no such thing as spot reducing body fat. Your body's genetics decides where it goes on and comes off.

Those "stickies" include some of the best information you'll find or be told. The stickies are "REAL" advice. You post a thread stating "I need Help" then have the nerve to be rude to someone for actually trying to help you. Good One.

Diet is what it comes down to. Doing a bicep curl or an ab crunch isn't going to remove it, muscle cannot catabolize fat stores locally.

lots of bicep curls and bench presses . you will be suprior .

Yes try to bench 3 times a weak. This will make your whole body stronger and bigger. You want to concentrate on bench and if your gym has a pec deck use that also.
