I have been training for years on and off for all sorts of sports. I had a long rest and in the last two months, I have been focusing on weights. I am 6f 4" and about 200lb. I would say I am a slim athletic build but I do have some stomach fat. I want to get in good shape for July August i.e. lean and muscular. Should I lose the weight now or bulk up and the fat will go. Alternatively, should I start to try to shed it now and not bother trying to bulk up until I have lost it? In addition, will creatine help me cut or will it just bulk me up. Thank for your advice, |
