yeah, dude you keep that routine up and your gonna have to pay for it in the long run maybe with your life. Like I said in my first post if you gonna eat that crap, cut it down to once a week. Start loading some creatine and eating 3500 good cals. Lift short and heavy about 3-4 times a week 8-6 reps, no cardio until you've gained the weight you want. There is so much you should I really don't know where to start man. Also go get your bloodwork done and see how actually healthy you aren't for yourself and then maybe you'll start to listen to us ![]() |

I understand that and I am aware. The foods I listed above are just what I ate yesterday. I switch things up a lot. I eat tuna, steak and other high protein foods. Its not like I eat nacho's every night. Maybe 2 times a week. I couldn't imagine being to fat. That would be great. Since I was 18 my weight was stuck at 155. Now I am 164.
