It's been a year since I've worked out.

I had a semi good diet...ie i ate chicken + sweet potatoes every meal.

is there a book with a cooking section, and a diet layed out?

Also with a starter workout plan? It's been too long! I really don't need a book on how to do the excercise since I've got arnold's book plus, I've worked out for a while, and I know most of the excercise with the right form

Try Body for Life. While they will try to sell you every supp under the sun, the routines and meal plans are solid. I think it's by Bill Phillips.

Study the sticky 'guide to ... ' in the diet forum. A GREAT place to start to fix your diet.
