i have multiple white dot things under my foreskin at the bottom of my head... they hurt to touch but i think its just dry skin from my head but i dunno... anybody kno what this could be and how to get rid of it? washing doesnt seem to work.. and ive never had sex so i dont think i have STD's???

Maybe a Infection? My advice would be go to the Docter.

Also STDs can come from oral sex as well.

Dear Experts, I AM A 16 YEAR OLD MALE...IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE NOTICED THESE BUMPS ON MY PENIS SHAFT AND SCROTUM,AND HAIRS SOME VERY VISIBLE AND SOME ALMOST CLEAR ARE EMERGING FROM THEM.THESE BUMPS ARE VISIBLE WHEN I AM ERECT AND WHEN I'M NOT..MORE VISIBLE WHEN ERECT .I'VE READ THAT PLUCKING DID THE JOB..WHICH I TRIED BUT IT DIDN'T WORK..I PULLED THE HAIRS OUT OF THE BUMPS BUT THE BUMPS STILL REMAINED..I AM STILL A VIRGIN SO IT CAN'T BE A STD...AND I AM 90 PERCENT SURE THESE BUMPS ARE DUE TO CLOGGED PORES...I AM EMBARRESED TO TELL MY PARENTS ABOUT IT...BUT SOONER OR LATER I HAVE OT TELL THEM..SO I WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF CREAM A DOC CAN GIVE ME TO MAKE THESE NASTY BUMPS GO AWAY.ONCE AGAIN I AM STILL A VIRGIN AND I KEEP VERY CLEAN DOWN THERE

Dear jeff, Some guys have bumps called "pearly penile papules" on their penises, which are normal growths that appear around the base of hair follicles. Also, another fairly common condition is infection of the sebaceous glands, or simply put, pimple-like growths. These infections respond to antibiotics. The penis is a really complicated issue since most of us didnīt study urology or we normally never compare to other penis. So we donīt have a notion of normality in that area.
Yeah, I donīt think it is STD but maybe an infection? Does it hurt?

It sounds to me like it could be Wormiverus Carniverous, which is a rare condition you can get from sitting on public toilets. They are little tiny hookworms that basically devour tissue and take over 2 months to die off. In all the cases i've heard of, the infected people have lost between 1 to 4 inches of their penis, but it only occurs in those ages 16-18, how old are you?

ROCKGAZER I LOVE YOU .. this is exactly what i have... and no i dont have flesh eating worm thingies gococks... but yah.. is there a lotion i can apply to make this shit go away???? will the doctor fondle my penis and shit like that? if i told my parents they would thing im fucked up lol... can i buy some lotion or something at a pharmacy?

i was looking at some of the info on here n a couple guys said with the bumps keeping them moisturized helped. but i would use something very mild like baby lotion. i never had my son circumcised so even tho he is 7 it's still baby soaps and lotions for him n he's never had any problems. you don't want something with 29 harsh ingredients trapped under your foreskin. if it's the warts whole different story. surgery. eeek.

there were 48,100 results for white bumps on penis. so i'd say it's pretty common and there is no reason to worry. try gentle cleansing and moisturize right after a shower or bath but if they continue to be painful see a doctor.

well they arent painful to touch persay.. but to rub.. then they sting a bit... but yah, so i should try rubbing baby lotion under my foreskin before i go to bed and after a shower in the morning? to keep it moisturized?
