hey, when im loading up on the protein, i go into carb-craving mode hardcore. what are acceptable snack offerings? are saltine crackers ok? give me some ideas. thanks!
oh btw im not cutting, just trying to bulk a little cleaner for a while before i go full-blown at 5000 cals/day again.

If you are not cutting then I'd go with WW Saltines, WW Pretzels, baked tortilla chips, salted roasted nuts.

peanuts
sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
You can also buy these seasoned or season them yourself and roast them in the oven.

Oh, beef jerky is a good snack if you aren't concerned about sodium. Teriyaki flavor and bbq do have added sugars though.
