I actually was thinking about it just now and realize soemthing... I havent had a new goal since I reached my last goal. I started working out a year ago. I weighed 170 at 5'8" but had no muscle tone. Now, a year later almost to the day, Im 193 and have 16.75" arms, a 43" chest and a 33" waist. That was my original goal; to get bigger and stronger. Now i have to set another goal. I want to get even bigger, shredded, and faster. I dont run or play sports much. But thats my new goal; to get faster and stronger than I am now.
Im gonna start right now by looking for an indoor or outdoor soccer league or something active. Anyone from Jersey know of any sports leagues for adults? And im not talking about softball here folks. Thanks!! |
