What I JUST don't understand.

Is how everyone comes on the boards posting questions etc of their stacks/cycles (clearly lacking in proper understanding and research), yet don't spend three seconds developing a diet/training routine and asking for a review. its seems these peoples minds are polluted in thinking "ze juice" is a magic potion and the "fountain of ripped muscle"

The diet board is bare, and the questions that are posed are the same ones over and over, is this too many carbs? what are oats? etc AAS subscribers should be the ones really concentrating on diet, as it's about 90% of the game

Perhaps they've got diet down and are looking for expertise in areas where they dont have so much knowledge!!

Personally I hope people have a solid diet down, and know how to eat to bulk, to cut and so on before getting involved in anabolics. Diet is the foundation of bodybuilding, not drugs...

exactly!

and FYI a lot of us in here will always ask a new AS user how long they have been training? what their diet is like? what their targets are? etc... before advising them on a cycle, if their diet is not upto scratch we'll advise them to work on that first before looking into juice
