Yeah actually it is i drink one in the morning usually before school.But i can take one at 10:30 which is lunch for me and i can take another one at around 1:15. Ill just fill up to empty water bottles with Whey in it and then just get water from a drinking fountain. Thanks gwcaton

edit** no i am currently working on a diet and i plan to get to the store before monday and have a nice diet program cause i wanna start my diet and P/RR/S cycle monday also. |
