looks good man, I would take out the close grip in your back workout and throw
in some pullovers instead. Tris I would workon a lil harder do some skull crushers and
some kick outs. Other than that it's a very good routine very good. You'll definately
put on some mass. post your diet

Since I'm 15 and weigh 131.5 i got a little fat but not major. But I've been hearing people say "most importantly eat and just keep taking the whey that you have, also i would recommend taking a multi." But the hard part about splitting my meals up into 5-6 meals a day is that school interferes with it. If anybody has any diet tips i am open to suggestions, also i have been looking in the Diet Forum and watch out I'm gonna post a Journal soon also.

is it possible to take a protein shake (or 2) and keep in your locker ?

Yeah actually it is i drink one in the morning usually before school.But i can take one at 10:30 which is lunch for me and i can take another one at around 1:15. Ill just fill up to empty water bottles with Whey in it and then just get water from a drinking fountain. Thanks gwcaton

You can't get real food at lunch ? Or does your school cafe not have any healthy choices ? LOL No time for real food for breakfast?

I've done a couple of P/rr/s cycles and you are going to need more than 3 protein shakes and a couple of real food meals to survive/benefit from it .

Have you posted your current diet some where and asked for help on it ? The stickies are a great place to start . Then modify to work for you .

Alright ill check out the stickies but yea basically school food is shit..French fries and pizza like wtf that why kids my age are obese. And the 3 protein shakes was only during school not my full day. Do you have your diets for the P/RR/S cycles posted anywhere? i would love to read them

When I was in school I found that making a sandwich or wrap, usually tuna or turkey, the night before and brining it along worked nicely. Something you could eat between classes or in class if you teacher is cool. Veggies are easy to bring in a ziplock too.
