Redline for my age and build?

Ok.. I am 18. This is the first semester I've really accomplished what I feel is alot... i've gained at least 13 lbs of muscle since December. I am just now weighing 170 @ 6' .75". My BF is around 9-11%. Like.. you can see my abs.. but I am not that cut. I'd like to get alot leaner this summer. I'll be doing some road biking and some recumbent bike a few times a week, and I would REALLY like to take something to accelerate my fat loss, but at the same time cannot afford to sacrifice muscle weight, and don't know if redline is fine for my age. I know the specifics on green tea, synephrine, yohimbine, and like anyone my age... i've used caffeine ... but about evoburn and other substances in the mix, I'm a little unclear as to the details...

Anyone have opinions on this?

at your size I would be more concerned about adding more muscle mass. Until your diet is in order, dont even consider looking for the "magic pill". I'm 6'0" 230 lbs. I've tried quite a few "fat burners" the only things that have made any signifigant change in my body composition are proper diet and weights/cardio. I alternate between the two every 3 weeks or so. My weight has stayed around the 230 mark but my body fat has dropped a lot and as a result I am becoming more defined.

Well I am consistently gaining alot of mass... i go up in skulls curls and bench EVERY week... and most other stuff too. I only wanna drop like 2% body fat probably.

Don't take anything with yohimbine. It can cause heart probs.

Wow, first time I had heard of Yohimbine having that effect.

Question... could a half dose of redline slowly, safely encourage a better body fat percentage... or a low E/C/A dose... lower than most people use? Which would be safer? They could do it slowly... I don't need a quick fix... just somethin to make cardio a little more effective... noticeably.

Strength shouldn't be a problem... I'd scale back if I noticed a decline in gains... but... in almost exactly 4 months I've gained...

35lbs bench (140 to 175)
35lbs skullcrushers (67.5 to 102.5)
20lbs bb curls (80 to 100)

(All the above are full sets, failing between 4-6 reps)

I have not been pushing legs as long, but they have made awesome gains too in 2 months.

I am weighing in at about 170 now, and what I would guess is about 11% bf maybe?

You really can't guess at what your BF% is. Get a set of calipers and measure yourself. If your diet is in order, a couple of weeks of HIIT cardio will get rid of that last little bit. The recumbant bike is good, but an eliptical machine or a stairmill will provide a much more intense cardio workout. What is your diet like anyhow?

It's good to see you are increasing the weight you use, keep up the hard work. But being able to lift more weight does not mean you are increasing your muscle mass.

Anything to backup this statement? Link or something? Thanks

Chris

Redline is a good product, if you are not happy with your current BF level i would recommend it. You will still have to make slight dietary changes.

i'd say fat loss is 95% diet and 5% sups..the only use i've found for fat burners is a burst of energy to intensify my workouts. if that is what you expect from redline great, but no pill is gonna make you lose fat.
