No. Are you drinking enough water?

I'm 20 years old.. And i've had acne for quite some time, just never this built up. I'm also eating a high protein diet of meats etc. I believe i'm drinking enough water.

working out will increase your testosterone levels and whey has been shown to increase it on a lower level also. Acne is a response by the skin to testosterone.

acne is in no way directly caused from the food you eat... it is normally caused from an over stimulated oil gland, bacteria, or dead skin cells

Yea I have heard of people thinking that creatine has worsened their acne but never protein. I started drinking Whey about a month ago and have not noticed any change in my skin. It should practically be good for you since your skin is pretty much made of protein. But no i havent noticed any changes in acne, and i havent been blessed with silky smooth skin either ha.

How many servings/grams of whey protein your taking in daily?

This was from Google, questions and answers

I was recently told by my doctor that a high protein diet (ie. Tuna,
Milk, etc.) could reduce my acne because it helps inhibit the 5-alpha
reductase enzyme which converts testosterone to the potent and harmful
DHT. I tried the diet and it worked GREAT!!! Now I'm wondering what
are all of the ways I can inhibit this enzyme and which work best at
inhibition. Ie.
Certain foods, low-cost medications, herbal remedies, etc. I've heard
great things about your service from friends and I look forward to
your research! Thanks.

Long answer LOL!!!
