How often do you work out?

I was just wondering how often do you work out and how many sets per muscle you do?

I do weights every other day with a little cardio in between. So I'm one of those 6~7 day a week crazy guys!

I'm a 3x10, 3x8 dude also.

I work out 4 days a week.
For the smaller muscles, I do 6-10 sets.
For the larger muscles, it's 10-15 sets.

My schedule and lack of sleep don't really allow me to keep a good split but I try to work out each muscle every sixth day..

chest 12 sets/tri's 6 to 9 sets
back 12 sets/bi's 6 to 9 sets
shoulders 12 sets/ traps 6 sets
legs quads 9 sets/hams 8 sets/calves 6 sets

rep range 10-6

Depending on what shift I am on my workout split might very. My lifting order is as follows.
My workout:
M-legs-quadraceps
T-chest,triceps
W-back,biceps
Th-shoulders
F-hamstrings,calves
S-rest
S-rest
I do 3 exercise for 3x6-10reps

Mon: Legs\Back\Bi
Tues: Chest\Tri\Shoulders
Wed Rest
Thur: Legs\Back\Bi
Fri: Chest\Tri\Shoulders
Sat: Cardio
Sun: Rest

I lift weights on mon/wed/fri and do some light cardio on the days I dont lift except on sundays.
