i like to get cut for the summer and what diet could i use or what foods should i eat to cut up and not loose muscle mass?

This is a very good and very common question taco, do a search for "cutting" and see what pops up. THere is a TON of info on this subject since someone new comes on here about every week asking the same question. Im not baggin on ya', you would be surprised how info you will get after you search. i guess the key to taht would be to take it in moderation...if you cut too many cals quick, you will lose muscle...a few basics is eating clean....try not to let yourself go past a certain amount of calories a day which will depend on your weight,muscle mass,age,etc...cardio but not too extreme...maybe around 30 to 40 min a day moderate to high intensity...and lower carbs extremely at night...and maintain plenty of protein..at least 1 gram per lb.

thanks guys. well i do cardio 30min in the morning and i workout for about 2hrs and i do another 30min of cardio again after that. i eat pretty clean like egg whites, low fat cottage cheese, whole grain cereal, chicken, beef, fish, lots of vegetables, nuts like plain almonds, and peanuts. meal 1 ill have bowl of cerealw/ 1/2 cup of milk and 6egg whites, 30min cardio, meal 2 1/2 cup of milk 3 scoops of peanut, 1/2 banana, and 3 ice cubes and blend it, beef or chicken and a steam vegetable, i go workout and do cardio for 30min again, ill have the same as meal 2, meal 4 can of tuna fish and 2 hard boiled eggs(tuna salad)light on mayonnaise very light, meal 5 6 eggwhites. through out the day ill be munching on plain almonds and peanuts.

How much fat are you getting with that? Seems like a lot. You are also seeming to get a lot of simple carbs compared to your huge volume of protein.
2 hour workout! Jesus, what are you doing for two hours. Try stepping that up and finish within an hour.

is it with the peanut butter, cottage cheese, i do lift weights and body parts like chest, tris, bis, back, quads, shoulders i do about 45 min each of those parts and calves, hams, forearms and traps 15 minutes about. here is my routine-everday i run or jog for 30 min in the morning, day 1 chest and bis and , day 2 quads calves and forearms day3 shoulders traps and tris, day 4 back and hams, also after workout i do 20 min cardio on the elliptical machine.

what you posted above is not really enough ('some cereal' could mean anything from fibre 1 to cheerio's and 'can of tuna' could mean 12 oz or 3 oz!!)...
