My current routine is: Monday: Chest, Biceps, Abs Tuesday: Cardio Wednesday: Shoulders, Traps, Triceps, Abs Thursday: Cardio Friday: Back, Hamstrings Saturday: Cardio Sunday: Quads, Calves I'm having a little trouble deciding what days I should high, low, and no carb using this routine. Can I just cycle one high day and then one low day? Thoughts? |
