help.. dieting on a carb cycle

i am in need of some assistance... im quite confused on how to balance out my diet while carb cycling. How much fat/protein do i consume on no carb days.. and how do i balance meals on high/low carb days?

You can just stick to the program... that is High, low, no, high, low, no etc. That will still work, despite your training - you would just have to get used to training on a no carb day.

But it will also depend on how your body responds to the high carb days - if you tend to go overboard, or you respond poorly, then you may have to increase your proportion of low/no days. eg: High, low, no, low, high, low, no, low

Or else you could try something like:
Monday: Chest, Biceps, Abs (LOW)
Tuesday: Cardio (NO)
Wednesday: Shoulders, Traps, Triceps, Abs (HIGH)
Thursday: Cardio (LOW)
Friday: Back, Hamstrings (LOW)
Saturday: Cardio (NO)
Sunday: Quads, Calves (HIGH)

Or - another suggestion is that you change your routine to fit your diet.

Those last two suggestions are Especially changing your routine to fit the diet. You really don't want to lift on No Carb day. It will not be as beneficial for you.
