Hello!

I've worked out for a year before "mostly to lose fat", and I've success fully done that..

Now, I got back to America for college, got buesy with school and couldn't go to the gym anymore..and I gained some fat "damn burger king"

I went to my university gym yesterday and did Biceps and shoulders..

I'm having lots of pain in my biceps, just like the first day I started working out 2 years ago..

What should I do?

I've taken a hot bath and now I can move my arms a bit..

Thanks a lot!

Yup..

And it's killing me..

soreness is good, that means you tore the fibers in your muscles, when they repair, they will grow bigger. Thats kinda the point...

A little soreness is to be expected if you have not worked out for a while... Not a lot you do will decrease the damage - as Jeepster said, pains is usually a result of microtrauma to your muscles.

Just rest up. Some massage, warm baths and stretching can also help... (as can a little tiger balm).

btw, I cant move my arms at all now..

How the hell can I go to college tomorrow

Your going to class, your at college. Must be going to some art college. Kidding. I know how you can prevent your biceps from becoming sore. Do squats! Then you actually might have a problem going to class.
