Anyone help plz

Hi ya i was hoping somebody could help me out here with a few questions ??

Ive been bodybuilding on and off for a year and half now and made some good gains of muscle on chest and biceps without diet and without a proper exercise plan !!!

Now i want to get back into it seriously and i do now have an exercise plan. i train 5 days a week with rest at weekend my aim is to gain lean muscle mass and weigh around 13.5 stone with as less fat (SAG) as possible !!!

Would any form of cardio workout affect gaining muscle mass ??
Would Creatine and Whey protein benefit ??
Why do i have fat over the muscle ive gained (Starting of Bitch Tits)??

Hope someone can help me out man cus i need it

1) it could if you are eating hypocaloric. On the flip side if you are taking in a larger amount of cals it could help to get your metabolism moving. The way to make cardio work without losing muscle is to really know what you are eating.

2) creatine and whey are both good supplements. i like them.

3) you have fat over your muscles because my guess would be (a) your diet is crap and/or (b) you are taking in way more calories than you need. You have to decided whether you are cutting or bulking and then make your move from there as far as what your diet will be.
