While i am at work - one of my meals is 6 egg whites with one yolk. to tell you truth i am getting sick of eating of the egg whites from hard boiled eggs. is their alternatives to eating egg whites that would be easy to eat at work? plus make it a little more enjoyable to eat. With the egg whites i also have a 1/2 cup of oats and celery with Natural PB. Could i a make a snack bar with the oats and egg whites and PB? if so - How?

Hmm I tried eating egg whites off hard boiled eggs before, and I just could not do it. Hard boiled eggs neither, it just doesn't go with me. Why don't you just get liquid egg whites, you can barely taste it, and just chug that down. Depending on how long you have it out, you might need to refrigerate it.

I'm not sure what your weight is but 6 egg whites with 1 yolk is only around 25 grams of protein. that's a rather small portion of protein for a meal.

Why don't you read about nutrition in the sticky's.

I have read every one of them about 10 times. Trust me. I am bulking and I successfully gained 12 pounds in about 7 weeks on my current diet.
