We were using raw straight weight with no bands. I don't know what's going on with Sean. Last week he's struggling to get reps with 135. Today he shows up jacked to the nines. Face was covered with more zits than a pepperoni pizza. Cannon balls where his wimpy triceps used to be. 55 inch chest. The rest of us are struggling to get 365 raw and this motherfucker lays downs and nails a triple. He must have scored some serious bukake from some pharmacist south of the border.

if im not mistaken, do these reverse bands take the load off only at the top? At the bottom you feel all the weight on the bar or am i wrong?

Ok, here's todays workout. I pretty much hate leg day... I was kind of in a bad mood before hand, and I feel like all I did worthwhile was leg press. I'm still struggling with squats and SLDL as far as deciding what weight is appropriate and keeping good form (not in a cheating way, but in an avoiding injury way). I think I slightly pulled my hamstring on SLDL, but it's not that bad, just a little pain when it's streched out. Oh well...

So... I went to pick up a pizza... I got out of my car and was in the parking lot when I heard this metal scaping noise....... An old beat up car comes flying down the road completely missing it's front right wheel just skidding on its brake disc... Behind it about 10 cop cars fly by... Why the hell would he even bother running in a car like that, let alone missing a wheel? Dumbass.

I'm wondering if I should switch to a sumo stance... Lately with conventional, it seems like I'm kind of stiff-legging it some... Either that or I need to train without a belt more often, for some reason when I wear a belt I find it easier to kind of round my back.
