I'm close to being back to normal again... I'm going to workout tomorrow. Cough is subsiding so it's mostly congestion now... However, friday I work until 5pm again so I couldn't get over there until 5:45-6pm or so... Is it worth trying or are you all going to be done by then?

I was thinking about skipping my meet as well, I haven't registered yet. I'll see how I feel training the next few weeks and see how much my strength's been affected. I think I've lost ~4-5lbs.

I use these:
Inzer Advance Designs: Iron Wraps Z-The most powerful, most popular, most effective knee wrap in the world!

You'll need to check what length they allow for whatever federation you're lifting in... I have the 2 meter ones, and those are fine for me... Some federations won't let you use the 2.5 meter wraps.

Haha... No. That'd be way too much weight to lose this close and I want to stay in the 198s for a while... Kind of suck though since I'm only around 188-190 in the AM right now... Still haven't recovered the 5-6lbs I lost from being sick. I need to work my way up to the top of the 198 class and get comfortable there which will take some time... In a few years I may go for the 220 class, but that'll be a while.

Meet was ok... Squats were kind of dissapointing, but then again the judges were bullshit if you ask me. Bench was good and deadlifts were ok, I was pretty tired by the time we got to deadlifts. Overall I was pretty happy with my benching... My Squat and Bench are meet PR's all around, my 2nd deadlift attempt was the same as my 3rd attempt at the last meet.

There were a LOT of lifters there, so between my last bench and my first deadlift, there was about 2+ hours in between where I had nothing to do.

Attempts Ran Like This:

Squat
347lbs x 1
380lbs x 0 - 2 reds, 1 white (Stopped and continued? I didn't notice any downward movement)
380lbs x 0 - 2 reds, 1 white (Apparently a depth call? Look fine to me...)

Bench
204lbs x 1
220lbs x 1
243lbs x 1 (Was a REAL grind, took forever) 2 whites, 1 red

Deadlift
404lbs x 1
430lbs x 1
440lbs x 0

Videos won't be up for quite a while... probably around 10-11pm...
