Hey CP, if I'm sticking 2-4 inches off the chest, which muscles need more work? I'm taking a guess at deltoids, but it could be the chest some too... I haven't exactly been hitting my shoulders really hard because I've been pounding my triceps first so I don't have much left to work with for shoulders. |
