i just use ff mayonaise. it's probably better than cream cheese for cutting. just say
screw it and use mustard if your actually worried about it!

Actually mayo is fine on a cut, as long as you don't go over the alloted amount of fat for the day.. You could easily take 10 grams of fat from mayo.

All a matter of personal preference, you still need fats on a cut, mayo is a good fat. I personally don't eat mayo when cutting.

just experimenting with the text. It doesn't quit work like my graphics programs.
I like cream cheese better and I have problems getting enogh calories in anyway.
Money and time problems on the calories. Some of you may remeber me I got in trouble about eating food that wasn't snacks on the clock.another question is I love my 2% cottage cheese should I skip it on a cut? I can switch to tuna instead. but don't like it as much.
