I have dropped around 20 lbs. so far on NHE (Natural Hormonal Enhancement) in around 4 weeks. Went from 233 to 212 as of this past Sunday. I know its a lot of weight to lose, but I think about half of it is water weight due to the nature of the diet. The diet's a ketogenic style diet 90% of the time, and then every 3-5 days for 3-5 hours I'll refeed. I'll take in 600-900g of carbs in a typical refeed. Fat is kept relatively low, under 30g or so. I take 600mg ALA with my refeed, apple cider vinegar, etc.

Now that I am closer to where I want to be in terms of my bodyfat % I am trying to decide if I should change anything. I can see my abs very clearly but am still holding some flab in my lower abs. I am thinking about maybe refeeding every 3rd night now that my bodyfat % is lower than when I started?

Any ideas?

The only reason I am posting this is because it seems like I have had no problems at all so far, but now it seems like my body is fighting back in a sense. My cravings lately have been crazy, etc.

Sounds like now is the time to add in some cardio.

Looks like your metabolism is really high. That would account for the cravings. You also have to remember that you body is trying to regulate itself because your carb intake changes the way it does.

I absolutely refuse to do cardio, no matter what. I'll make my refeeds every 5 days before I do a minute of cardo.

Cardio doesn't have to be hours on a treadmill. Just run some quick sprints a few days a week. That should only take a few minutes a day.

BTW, congratulations on your progress!

up the metabolism a bit.

Jump Rope works well for HIIT.

How old are you?
