my cutting diet - please review/criticize

hello,
my stats:
height: 171cm, weight: 69Kg(152lbs), age:23 ~16%BF
I going to cutting phase, this is my diet:

1:

1/2 scoop allthewhey whey isolate
60g oats
100ml 1% milk
protein:15g
carbs:45g
Fats: 5.2g

2: Pre workout

1 Yougurt natural 1.5% 150ml
1 Yougurt diet 0% coconut-banana
1/2 Teaspoon peanut butter
Protein: 15g
Carbs: 17g
Fats: 3.5g

1/2 hour after: 1 pak - animal pak
1/2 teaspoon cee
3: Right after workout

1 1/4 scoop allthewhey whey isolate
50g dextrose
1/2 teaspoon cee
Protein:35g
Carbs:45g
Fats: 0g

4:

100g chicken breast boiled
200g of brown rice/wholewheat flour pasta/bulgur
steamed vegetables (carrot, broccoli, bean)
protein:30g
carbs: 40g
fats: 5g

5:

250g soft white cheese 0.5%
2 slice wholewheat flour bread
1 teaspoon peanut butter
protein: 25g
carbs: 25g
fats: 6g

6: before bed

1 cottage cheese 1.5%
protein:30g
carbs: 5g
fats: 3.75g

Total protein: 150g
Total Carbs: 180g
Total Fats: 23.5g
Calories: 1532
How's that?

i'm training ABC Program, 5-6 times in a week + 3 Cardio traninig
