where can i purchase steel cut oats? i cant find them in my supermarket.

Any health food store will have them. Check you organic food section in your grocery store. McCains sells it in a tin canister.

Use a pocket knife and scrape the sides of a steel nail into your bowl of oats. Voila oats cut with steel.
