So, you have your duffel bag in hand that you're taking to the show... what do you personally put in it?

pam cooking spray
posing trunks
diuretics
potassium
whatever sugary carbs you need to eat at the contest
bands for pumping up
pro-tan
CD with posing music
bottle of gatorade to drink when the contest is over
chap stick
water
some sugar free gum (if you need it)
camera

am I forgetting anything?

extra change of sweats or clothes
rubber gloves for tanning touch ups
baby wipes to wipe off hands, etc
Day of foods

CD player to listen to music you like while waiting

Now if you were a girl...I could make a really really long list.

Ya know Muscle....all this info your getting we should be charging you.

Hahaha! I'm not sure the show I'm doing even allows cameras. I don't think either of them do, actually. They want you to buy theirs

And all this info I'm getting is worth millions. Millions I say! But, I don't have millions to pay. So I'll just give you all my sincere gratitude, and if I win a trophy, take a picture of me with it, enlarge it, and send it to you all as Christmas gifts

How are you going to take a pic with you and the troohy if you don't bring a camera? LOL
