Started HIIT

Ok, started HIIT today... hadn't been doing much cardio for a while apart from what my school requires (be able to run 3 miles by end of every semester).

Me and my friend next room over were like... 4 mins to start? We're like... that has to be a general rule, we can do 5 or 6 to start. Negative. We did 4, all-out sprints during the sprint part, and real light jogs otherwise. I was staying ahead of him alot, but still... the last sprint... I was having DEEP DRY GASPS for air, weird taste in my mouth, chest hurt like hell... man I was so tired after I stopped. Felt good/horrible. How fast do you guys notice progress usually?

Don't ask about diet... for the next two weeks it will still be out of my control for the most part, here at the cafeteria... but after that I'll be home and eating right... I can handle that.

O also, today I started for the first time using a half dose EC stack (12/100) 2x a day. Don't wanna lose any muscle... only have about 2% bf to lose.
