I hurt my back last thursday, and today it feels dramatically better. I just tried stetching out before I head to the gym, but I was wondering what you guys thought if me taking an advil and just gutting out some light straight legged deadlifts.

It feels good, just some minor discomfort, but I think an advil would completely obliterate any discomfort I currently have.

I know its not good to continually use ib profin but I dont think I have used any besides last thursday in about two years. Would it be a bad idea to do that? Should I try the lighter weight and as soon I feel pain I stop? or should I just not do it all together...

make sure you are totally healed before training. injuries suck and they suck even more when you try and push it.

I am not totally healed, fuck. Injuries definitly suck, this is frustrating. You wouldn't even do real light SLDL's just to get some minor hamstring work as to not completely avoid them this week?
