I take BCAA's (like candy), OxyATP, Co-Q10, Vitamin E, Multi-vitamins, EPA/DHA, Garlic and Vitamin C. Today is Thursday, the contest is Saturday. When, if at all, should I stop taking some/all of these?

Keep your minerals. Drop the EPA/DHA and add in potassium.
