does creatine ethyl ester need to be taken daily to reach muscle saturation (as with regular creatine) or can i just take it pre-w/o to reap its benefits?

I take it daily even on non training days. This has had awesome results (CEX) I take it before and after. This has worked the best for myself.

I take it five days per week, and then take two days off. It's worked pretty good for me.

i take cex before my works out only, and i take regular mono 2 times a day every day

I've tried both CEX and VNS Jacked. I prefer Jacked (but that's me). I w/o in the early AM and I take 6g 45 minutes before and immediately after. It helps me do an intense w/o and go through the recovery process nicely.

why? too much creatine, IMO. The beauty of CEE is it's absorption. You shouldn't need any monohydrate.
