I just wanted to post up my thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way to my first show. I went from 202 pounds to 165 on competition day; I didn't do everything right, and a lot of you pointed that out to me. I appreciate all the wise cracks, the advice and the encouragement. It will be years, if ever, until I compete again, so I have plenty of time to put on much needed size if I want to go at it again. And I'm sure I'll still be asking questions on an as-needed basis.

So, enough with my competition questions, and back to my general lurking

You're more than welcome. You're a good sport! You know you have done an awesome job by just under taking the whole contest prep and getting up there. It's all trial and error and learning on how we can improve ourselves each time.

Umm....are you going to be posting like crazy in the diet section on the proper way to bulk? LOL I dunno on that one, I always crap eat off season. I see food, I eat it.

Awesome job on the show! You still did wonderful!

I like hearing feel good stories.

I've always done very well for my clients with bulking, so I think I've got that part down ok

The pre-contest stuff really just threw me. It's was a whole new world!

great job! nothing to be upset about. No one gets it right their first contest. That is why it was a couple of years of train and error with my diet before I steped on stage and I still wasn't perfect!! Nothing to be ashamed of for your first show. Now you just go back to adding size and then make the neccessary adjusments to better your physique the next time out.

Thanks bro. But if you want to do a show, do it! It's hell, but worth it

Not sure how you did, but good job on preparing and having what it takes to step onstage, most people do not posess the dedication, discipline and perseverance it takes to compete.
