when should i take my waterblock tabs when i near my show? 2 weeks? 1 week? 1 day? and how many?

Diuretics, whether herbal or pharmaceutical will be taken 3-5 days before your show. Please tell me what pill you will be taking so I can better tell you how much and when.

Gopro, I just did some photo's` I felt like I was holding water. Any recommendation? Plan on doing a show in June.

Well, water can be manipulated through adjusting carbs, water, and sodium starting 7 days before a show. As for water pills...I highly recommend Taraxatone by Cytodyne Technologies.
