For the past few months Ive been doing pretty much the same chest routine...

Flat Bench X4
Peck Deck X4
Incline Bench X4
Dips X3
Decline X3

The thing is Ive increased my weight in all of them EXCEPT my decline. It was at 135 about 3 months ago and it still is today.

Im still getting results so its not a huge problem but id like to know how to fix it. Thanks.

6'2'' at 190lbs. Im trying to get to 200lbs by summer so I can start cutting but strength and size are my biggest goals right now.

Well then cut out the peck deck and decline.

why the hell would he cut out decline?

If I hit a sticking point I change up a little and use heavy dumbells for a week or two then go back usually with a little more weight.

I love decline. Would never cut it.

He said he wants to bulk. Why would he do a fluff exercise like pec deck? Stick to the heavy stuff. Flat bench, dips are cool, with some wieght ofcourse.
