My Bis and Tris have been hurting the past few months (not getting bigger or stronger) so I decided to try doing what everyone says to do. Flexing your biceps at the top of your curl and flexing your triceps at the bottom. My arms are so freaking sore today. I love it.

Do you people "flex" like this on all your sets? Are there any other excersises that this helps a great deal on?

Uh, ya!
Get a maximum contraction on EVERY lift you do.

95% of people don't understand that. At the top of your lift, flex the hell outta the muscle you are working, be it benchpress, curls, ANYthing.

The only exception is when you do certain exercizes like squats. I go up just before lockout, which keeps the stress on the quads and doesn't let you relax by locking your legs.

Yeah..It's funny how people read M&F, Flex, blah blah blah and never employ training principles.

Just lift as much as you can regardless of form! Riiiiight.
