To be perfectly honest, I do not go that heavy anymore...in fact, I don't go as heavy in anything as I used to. In my late 20s I went on about a 2-year binge of pure power training and got up to lifting some pretty hefty poundages, but not just in the classic lifts like benches, squats, deads, etc, but in movements like flyes, laterals, upright rows, dumbell curls, etc.
But yes, at one point I WAS hitting 110 lb dumbell flyes in good form. |
