ya'll ever get these from the grocercy store deli?? I have to say i am addicted to them. I was a lil concerend about h ow how much fat they have

Greasy? The ones I pick up aren't greasy. I just peel all the skin off.

Do you eat all of it, or just the breast? I think they're really good too, but was worried about the fat, which I am guessing comes mostly from the dark meat?

I don't know how much comes from the dark meat. What I do is buy the Turkey Breast Rotisserie's.

The breast isn't that bad if you just eat that and peel the skin off. Everything else on just seems greasy to me. I mostly see the 2 types, lemon pepper and garlic & herb. Maybe they've gotten better, I haven't had one in like 3 yrs. Now, turkey - that's different.
What I want to try though is getting one of those in-home rotisseries grills (Showtime) and do my own garlic chicken breasts. Yumm.
