go over on my calories?

hey guys,

what should be done when I have already reached my bulking calorie limit for the day, and stay awake longer, causing the hunger to kick in?

Do I eat another meal and give in to the bodyfat?

Do you live in Florida?

When did you eat last? Unless you get up early, your last meal should not be before 7 o'clock.

yes, I live in Florida...

sometimes I wake up at about 12 pm and if I eat every 2-3 hours, i end up eating my last meal very late.

I also dj at night clubs some nights, which requires me to be awake more than i'd prefer.

add another meal if you have to and cut back a little on the other meals to compensate.

Try setting up a plan or space out certain calories/macronutrients for different times of the day. Leaving by the seat of your pants sucks. Plus it will keep your blood sugar more stable by not consuming too large of meals.

If you're bulking, you just eat. It doesn't matter. Just eat.

When i "just ate", i ate too much and gained a lot of body fat

and I do spread out my 6 - 7 meals evenly throught the day. The "going overboard" is usually spontaneous.

thats real nice man, the point of bulking is to gain as much muscle as possible in comparison to fat gain, not just weight, damn when did it become eat everything in sight instead of eat the proper amount to gain the right amount per week? if your going to be up a bit longer say another 4 hours or so then have a half-meal of protein with no carbs id say, that way you wont have to worry about unwanted energy coming from it and it will be like having a casein protein earlier in a way...... if you want to keep things straight, just suck it up and dont eat over your limit and wait til the next days meals which is what i do.

It depends on who you ask. I can eat and eat and eat because I don't have a problem losing the majority of the weight. Getting into competition sharpness was a problem for me out of inexperience, but when it comes down to bulking, I'll pull a fucking Ronnie Coleman and just keep eating because I want to put on as much muscle as possible. As who said eat everything in sight? If he's due for another meal and it'll put him over a little, who gives a flying fuck? It won't kill you when you're bulking.

he didnt say eat anything in site. he said eat more food. probably clean food. i see nothing wrong with eating more food while bulking esp..cutting its a different story. you shouldnt go hungry and suffer during bulking, only cutting
