so, i was reading in muscle and fitness forums, it seems that a member pulled up an article from muscular development stating that danish scientists found
1. milk can cause high insulin resistance
2. milk can increase your chance for prostrate cancer. the calcium in milk can cause this(LOL..sorry its just too pathetic..)
so, add another food that causes cancer. soon we wont be able to eat anything. i predict next they will say beans will cause cancer.
pure heresy folks. you would have more of a chance by getting hit by a car rather than contracting cancer from milk..
