Yeah this might not be the place for a rant but I'm in a bad mood. My weight loss has stalled and for about the last two weeks I keep going back and fourth between 199 and 201. I'm a twenty eight year old male 5'9 and I'm just getting frustrated. Ok end rant

We'll this is good news because your maintaining your weight. So record whatever you are eating now, and then trim 300-400 calories off of that for two weeks and see what happens. If nothing happens, then trim another 300 off for another two weeks. It is tedius, and sucks, but you gotta do it.

Sometimes we "just stick" and when we least expect it we see results - Nature does surprise us too. Have patience and keep going - YOU WILL get what you are after!!

johns purpose here is not bb'ing. his focus is gaining new members for his cult reading class. i know what you're thinking..."but why does he do it here" right? we've all been asking ourselves that for quite some time now.

Cardio with some calorie reduction should work. I hit a spot around 238 lbs from 267 lbs myself, but the cardio helped (at least 45 minutes - 1 hour is very good) 3-4 times a week. No ice cream also helped or other goodies - I ocassionally cheat a little but have managed to get to 228-230 lbs now. You should also try the 6-7 small meal trick to bump up your metabolism - it does work. You can do it but it does take patience and I bet you will get 5-10 lbs off by July.

You are not that lucky!

It is increasing your calories and eating at maintainence for 2 weeks or so. And then slowly easing back into it again.

Well started on cardio again and have dropped two Lbs to end this week Not a bad Friday the 13th

I thought so. I have been eating maintainence for awhile now and today I dropped my calories to start losing again.
