Please help me Out!!

Hey everyone I wanted you guys to cehck out my Diet. Im 14 and im trying to cut up.Im skinny but i dont really have any cuts.Heres my diet....


BREAKFAST:
*egg white omelte
*L.carb energy bar
*3 slices turkey bacon


Snack:
*can of tuna




Lunch:

2 oz.Mixed nuts
chicken
small salad


Snack:
Handfull of almonds


Dinner:
Steak
Salad
1/2 cup of cottage cheese

Thats about it.Can Someone tell me what i should be eating to Cut up.I Lift weights about 3-4 days aweek and run in the morning on the weekends.Im 6'1 and i weigh 154Ibs.

At 14, take advantage of your growing and eat like a mofo while working out.

Im 6'1 and i weigh 154Ibs.
You need to have muscles in the first place to show muscles. At 6'1"/154, if you go on a cut you will only end up looking skinnier and scrawnier.

At 14, dont bother to cut. Clean up your diet (limit junk food and candy bars..etc + increase fruits and veggies) and keep workingout. Just eat well and make healthier choices, but allow yourself to cheat now and then. You may want to limit the running to let your body use the cals to build muscle. So for now you first need to eat to grow.

K Thanks guys.I just wanted to know.I would think that im not eating enough
carbs and i do eat alot of meat.I mean alot because i try to get alot of protein.Thank For the Replys!

You aren't eating enough of anything. Eat more carbs then protein.

Yeah, you have to eat alot. I'm 16 and I eat over 500 calories every 2.5 hours.

I don't know but being 6'4 isn't uncommon in high school anymore.

What should i be doing to reduce body fat?I dont want to really lose any weight but i want to decrease my body fat.Its around 18% but im still skinny.What should i be doing or eating to increase My muscle without really gaining any fat?

At 14, I don't see how you'll put on too much fat if you lift 3-4 times a week and stay active, no matter what you eat.
Just stay away from too much junk food and you should be fine.
