Testing for steroids is very expensive and I highly doubt any employer would test for them.
The typical drug tests by employers is to check for recreational drugs such as marijuana.

Rarely would any employer test for steroids, just recreational drugs.

I think there's little overlap between the drugs tested for and performance enhancing stuff.

The test that they use are not for steroids, plus what are they going to test for Testosterone, its in your blood no matter what.
