Laughing IS important. Not always taking everything "seriously". Lightening up. Finding time to have a little "humor" in your life EVERY DAY or at least occasionally is like the blood that flows through our veins. It GIVES LIFE!!!
When things are at their worst you MUST find a way to LAUGH - especially from within - TRUTHFULLY. It REALLY HELPS - not just you, but others as well even when you do not always KNOW that.
